Paul has in excess of 20 years experience in Public Practice and advising clients, commencing his career with KPMG in 1986 and was a founding Director of Optimus Financial Group in 1993.
Paul specializes in Superannuation, Estate and Succession Planning. He is a Specialist SMSF Adviser and has a depth of knowledge in the areas of retirement & wealth accumulation strategies, estate planning, SMSF compliance, risk insurance and asset protection. Paul is one of Perth's leading advisors to the self managed superannuation fund industry and is a regular presenter to the accounting and financial planning profession.
Paul is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, Senior Associate of Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA), and a CA accredited Financial Planning Specialist. He is a founding member of Self Managed Super Fund Professionals Association of Australia and Vice Chairperson of the WA State Chapter.
Paul leads the Private Super division of the group. His client base includes most of the major industry groups including medium to large private and family businesses as well as self funded retirees and investors.
